**HR Advisor 12 month contract**

**Are you a CIPD Level 5 HR professional wanting to be part of a busy and growing HR team? We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to work on a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid working positions with on site parking, location of work is Newport.**

**Duties Include**:

- To implement and deliver key HR initiatives
- Support case management activities including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievances and performance issues
- Ensure that performance reviews are undertake, assess quality of objectives and ensure that performance is managed effectively throughout the business
- Maintain employee records to ensure an accurate and comprehensive employee database for information and planning purposes
- Provide management information to managers and the wider HR team
- Develop and carry out HR training for customers and colleagues
- Experience of working in an operational HR environment
- Experience of implementing current employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of using SuccessFactors or a similar HR system
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, or working towards
- A Member of the CIPD minimum Associate Level
