Key responsibilities - your daily role will include:

- providing first-class, administrative support to our clinical director during his clinical appointments.
- upholding our luxury brand image as a first point of contact to meet and greet patients.
- working as part of the dental and facial aesthetics team to ensure all tasks are in line with our high standards and policies and procedures.

You will have excellent communication skills together with great interpersonal skills, you'll be a people person, empathetic, kind and welcoming. You will also have strong administrative skills and be proactive with a positive mental attitude

You will be responsible for taking written instructions ensuring clinical records are accurate and correct. You must have a willingness to learn and a motivated approach to continued professional development.

A hospitality/medical/dental background is preferred, but not essential

The role is 2 days per week, set to Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 7:45am - 5:30pm.

Occasional late night Tuesdays may be required depending on patient requirements.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 17.5 per week

**Salary**: From £10,000.00 per year
