**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
You will be responsible for coordinating the outreach effort of the programme grant, including communication with stakeholders, the research council and the general public, and manage the delivery of LightForm’s ambitious open science objectives. Working closely with the director and the management team, you will liaise with all researchers in LightForm and across all three institutions, to ensure the effective delivery of the outreach, data sharing and impact objectives of the programme. You will also be responsible for communication and reporting to stakeholders, and monitoring KPIs to ensure compliance with contractual and funding obligations. You will be expected to act as a champion of the LightForm research project and be able to present, at a high level, the research objectives, key findings and innovative management approaches in LightForm at technical meetings such as workshops and conferences.

The post holder will be professional, organised, with proven planning and communications skills and will be a key member of the team, essential to the successful delivery of LightForm. You will be expected to manage your time and prioritise tasks with mínimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation.
