We are now looking for a Team Leader for ourGravity Active site in Leeds. The site is predominantly a Trampoline Park withother activities such as Total Wipeout and Ninja Warrior and of course a Caféselling lovely snacks and hot and cold drinks.

As a Team Leader / Supervisor you will be assisting the General Managerin the day to day running of the site. Making sure our standards are met, allhealth and safety is adhered to, that we have staff scheduled for our busy andquiet times and that we are profitable.

**What you’ll be doing**

You will be working 40 hours per week, on a 5 from 7basis, working between 2 and 3 weekends per month and a mix of early, mid andlate shifts.
- You will be one of the key holders, either openingthe site or locking up on a rota’s basis.
- You will assist in the running of the onsite café.
- The leisure side of the business is big, and youwill make sure it is run in a safe manner, with correct staffing levelsrelative to customer footfall.
- Assisting the reception and identifying areas wherewe can increase and develop sales.

**Your background and skills**

We are open to different skills set for this role, butyou must have supervisory experience in a customer facing role. You may comefrom a F&B or retail environment, perhaps you have worked in Leisurecentres or Health clubs. We are happy to consider people from associatedindustries, but you must have the skills needed to make this role your own.
