We are looking for somebody enthusiastic, who has a real interest in Spas and enjoys working with people, to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Providing exceptional, memorable guest service at all times.
- Booking spa treatments and taking payments.
- Answer the phone and respond to spa inquiries.
- Making sure that the changing rooms and the spa area are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Promoting the spa and welcoming new members.

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous receptionist experience in a luxury spa environment is desirable but not essential.
- A capability and commitment to delivering high levels of guest care.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- The enthusiasm to be part of a winning team.

Due to our location, applicants must have a car.

Hours: Full-time position consists of 8 hour shifts between 7.00am & 9.00pm, 5 days over 7 including a mixture of worked weekends and bank holidays.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midhurst: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
