**What does a Delivery Associate do?**
- Drives a delivery van to drop off packages to customers within their community.
- Commonly works 5 over 7 days a week.
- Typical working days can be up to 9 hours.
- Follows strict safety standards on and off the road.
- Interacts with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
- Uses handheld technology to manage the delivery process.

**What are the basic requirements for our Multi Drop Delivery Drivers?**
- A minimum of 6 months commercial van driving experience for Multi-Drop Delivery is preferred but not essential (e.g., Amazon Delivery, Hermes, DPD, Royal Mail etc.)
- Must be holding a Full (Manual) UK or EU Driving license for at least 2 years and a maximum of 6 points with no active IN, DR, AC, BA, CD, DD, DG, DR, MR, MS, TT, UT, or TT codes
- None of the following convictions in the past 3 years: IN*, LC
- Attention to detail to ensure deliveries are completed as per the correct process
- Able to lift packages (up to 25kg)
- No more than 2 non-fault claims in the last 3 years
- No more than 1 fault claims in the last 3 years
- Flexible to service demands including weekend availability when
