Kronos Threat Management Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper/Admin job position to be based at our office in Sutton Valance Maidstone.

Job role includes the following duties but not limited to:

- Bank Reconciliations
- Weekly Cash Payments Forecast Report
- Submitting VAT returns
- Liaising with accountants for the monthly payroll
- Updating Excel Spreadsheets - (Projects, Quotes Book list, Quotes received, PO book list, Fuel spreadsheet, Vehicles repairs/expenses, PPM’s, Staff Holiday, Asset Registers)
- Keeping track of engineer’s diary
- Yearly renewal of vehicle & business insurances
- Renewing and keeping up to date membership information for Chas, Constructionline, Builders Profile. Submitting information through online portals.
- Processing supplier invoices
- Completing Monthly report to GFSL
- Keeping track of vehicle Tax & MOT’s
- Processing Monthly Credit Card Expenses
- Filing all financial paperwork (Receipts / Invoices / Job Sheets etc)
- Site Maintenance Spreadsheets typed up and processed for engineers
- Scanning in all financial paperwork
- Monthly payments of supplier invoices & payroll
- Credit Control
- Organising Staff Training Courses & DBS checks
- Maintaining Stationary Stock
- General Cleaning of office may be required

Experience
- Must be competent using Xero Software
- Must be competent using Microsoft Office Works Software (Excel, Office, Outlook)
- At least 1 years bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (due to where the office is based)

Working Hours - Days & Hours to be agreed

Salary - To be confirmed

Start Date - To be confirmed

**Salary**: £300.00-£400.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
