Static Lead Electrical Engineer

A leading family feel, Hard FM contractor, currently has a key requirement for a Lead electrical/mechanical Engineer for a static commercial office space in London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, AHU and FCU maintenance, small plumbing repairs and other reactive work. Paid up to £42,500

As a Static Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be: -Lead Electrical Engineer will cover service and Maintenance of BMS front end systems
Lead Electrical Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Lead Electrical Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Lead Electrical Engineer will fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Lead Electrical Engineer will be based on the Clients site in Central London
Lead Electrical Engineer will be paid up to £42,500 depending on experience

Requirements for the Static Lead Electrical Engineer: -Lead Electrical Engineer will complete RAMS
Lead Electrical Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Lead Electrical Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Lead Electrical Engineer should have experience with being client facing and having good relationship building skills
Lead Electrical Engineer to be within easy commute to Central London
Must be computer literate and able to use excel
