Urgent need for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join this globally recognised business in central Essex.
The group reporting team has become increasingly critical in ensuring the provision of high quality financial information. The purpose of this role is to provide a dedicated, centralist specialist resource within the FP&A offering, and provide central functionsupport and technical guidance.
This is a key financial role, requiring the individual to develop a sound understanding of the business in order to partner with the appropriate senior management and their teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clarity and direction on forecasting and planning timetables and deliverables for monthly forecasting and yearly planning cycles
- Lead analysis and reporting for forecasts and plans, provide proactive feedback to Business Units and concise and focused reporting that meets the needs of corporate and other stakeholders.
- Lead the development of the internal system that is used for actuals, forecasting & planning,
- Drive consistency of reporting across the group, particularly for forecasting and planning
- Management of one analyst who looks assists with forecast, planning, cash forecasts & weekly reporting
- Manage and deliver financial and company-wide projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent leadership, report writing, and communication skills
- Experience of planning and forecasting and consolidation, ideally within an international manufacturing environment
- Qualified Accountant with 5 years PQE,
- Strong experience of an ERP system and consolidation/forecasting tool - preferably SAP and BPC
- Strong experience within the Finance function in an international organisation
- Proactive and ‘can do’ approach to work
- Team player who embraces change and possesses a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong excel and analysis skills
- Ability to work autonomously in the company
