You will deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to compliment a customer’s needs. Working closely with the store management team, you will inspire and support your team in creating a customer-first culture, giving genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products.

**We have a part time Supervisor opportunity to join our Jones Bootmaker team in Jermyn St, London on a 37.5 hours over 5 days per week contract.**

You’ll need good availability as the role will include a mixture of weekend, evening and weekday working.

**Pay & Benefits for our Supervisor**

£12.59 per hour / £24,550 per annum

Once you complete the required retail induction PaSS stages your pay will increase to £12.67 per hour / £24,760 per annum

**Day to Day responsibilities as our Supervisor**
- You will support the management team in the day to day running of the store and coaching and developing the team, driving the achievement of the KPI’s
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to compliment a customer’s needs
- Be self-aware, being able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the management team
- Maintaining general store standards & cleanliness
- Support the maintenance of product placements and stockroom
