Park Lodge Project is a leading supported accommodation provider for young people aged 16-25 years.

The project provides a therapeutic environment of support, to enable young people to recover from trauma, grow their skills and aspirations, and achieve goals.

This is an exciting period of development for the project with new supported accommodation schemes due to open shortly.

You must have experience working with young people, particularly those considered vulnerable or with multiple and complex needs.

Inspiring individuals required who can positively engage with young people;
Assisting in the provision of a therapeutic environment, ensuring 24-hour provision of safe and supported accommodation for young people.

Ensuring an open and positive approach to providing advice, support and guidance to young people, so that they can achieve their aims in education, training, employment; building skills and resilience for independent living.

A team player, with a flexible approach, who is self-motivated, and dedicated to providing young people with the best service possible.

Project workers will support young people and the projects management team in a range of practical tasks to ensure the smooth day to day management of the project.

Working hours include daytime, evening and weekend working based on a shift rota.

**Salary**: Point 13- £22,627 to Point 22- £27,041 per annum
