**Job Title**: Van Driver / Courier Driver**Overview**

We are looking for reliable and motivated **Van Drivers** to join our growing delivery team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of parcels and goods using either your own van or a company-provided vehicle. You’ll ensure each package is handled with care and delivered to the correct location while providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to assigned destinations.
- Load and unload parcels, ensuring all items are properly secured during transit.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members about delivery status or potential delays.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including tracking information and recipient signatures.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company driving policies.
- Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
- Support warehouse operations when needed, including sorting and organizing parcels.

**Qualifications**
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience not required — full training provided.
- Ability to lift and handle parcels safely as part of daily duties.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering great customer service.
