**Senior IT Project Manager**

My client, a well-recognised and global not for profit organisation is looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join the team as they embark on the next stage of their digital transformation journey.

We're looking for the Senior IT Project Manager to internally drive the success of major upcoming technology investments across one or more of their ERP, and CRM technology workstreams.

As a Senior IT Project Manager you will co-ordinate the efforts of internal teams and knowledge experts as you work with technology partners and providers in the delivery of fit-for-purpose technology solutions across global operations. You will be involvedin the full project lifecycle to ensure that benefits are realised and delivered on schedule by adhering to the principles of standardisation, mínimal customisation and a cloud-first focus.

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience of delivering standardised, low customisation, cloud first solutions for a multinational organisation that deliver expected value.
- Experience of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft technologies would be advantageous.
- Strong project management experience with an agile mindset to mobilise technical and nontechnical teams to shorten time-to-value of solutions
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills to consistently mobilise and empower our non-technical stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a full time, permanent role paying a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience plus a generous company benefits package.

The role can be primarily remote however occasional travel (once a month ideally) to their Birmingham City Centre office will be required.
