Super fast paced PR Agency based in a cool offices in Central London (Hybrid) are looking for a Billing and Credit Control Assistant to join their finance team of 10.
The Role:
- Monthly Billing - responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billings in accordance with billing instructions
- Credit Control
- Intercompany invoicing
- Chasing billing instructions/PO's from the team
- Support resolving any billing queries from account handlers and clients
- Chasing timesheets on a weekly basis - recording & reporting on incomplete timesheets
- Timesheet maintenance/assisting account handlers with timesheets
- Assist account handlers with using their finance system when needed
Key competencies
- At least 1 year experience of working in Billings role within a fast paced environment
- Never give up attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient
- Good at working to deadline
