Responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate and contribute at Leadership level to the strategic goals and long-term sustainability of the organisation, whilst ensuring BPA is a rewarding and engaging place to work for all colleagues
- Lead the finance team to deliver strong financial reporting, decision support, and insightful data, whilst ensuring a robust governance and control framework.
- Strategic financial planning
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial and management reporting
- Management of professional advisor relationships (auditors, bank, insurance)
- Financial policies, risk and compliance
- Tax
- Oversight of IT provision (currently outsourced)
