Seeking an experienced senior inventory clerk for a part time to full time position.

Your duties include:

- Visiting residential properties to inspect and prepare detailed reports of the condition and contents using our inventorybase
- Taking photographs of the property, utility meters and possessions
- Collecting and returning keys to/from landlord/agents/tenants
- Arranging bookings from clients
- Invoicing clients
- Overseeing and leading a small team of inventory clerks to ensure the high standards expected by our clients

**Requirements**:

- **You must have at least 2 years of experience as a property inventory clerk **ESSENTIAL** -**:

- **Must have created at least 100+ reports for lettings agents **ESSENTIAL**:

- **You must be able to provide sample reports (CI, CO & Midterms) as part of the interview process**:

- You will be travelling across London, Essex and surrounding areas by public transport and/or your own vehicle (we pay for travel costs)
- You are required to work within flexible hours and attend appointments at short notice
- Be highly proficient with smartphones and apps (particularly with camera apps)
- You must be super reliable and punctual
- Have an eye for detail
- Able to arrange your own diary and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in an systematic order
- You will be required to work Monday to Saturday
- Having access to your own car would be useful

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
