**Team Leader**

Prospect Training Services (PTS) is one of the region’s leading providers who support young people and adults who are looking to either re-join or engage with the employment market for the first time.

**Key Responsibilities**

Meet, and strive to exceed, personal performance targets (Key Performance Indicators).

Lead, inspire, motivate and coach a team of Employment Coaches to achieve the team and individual targets.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders to maximise job opportunities, i.e. federation of small businesses, chamber of commerce, JCP partnership managers.

Drive a high-performance culture in line with our vision and values.

Facilitate high frequency engagement activities with the team you are leading, via daily huddle calls, weekly reviews, monthly team meetings and monthly caseload reviews.

Deliver a positive experience to all customers participating in the scheme, ensuring they positively engage with the service.

Ensure the scheme has a range of progressive activities and techniques, consistently deployed, for customers to benefit from.

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**

A good working knowledge of the local labour market in the specified geographical locations

Previous leadership/management experience.

Performance driven and can drive a high-performance culture.

Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.

**Desirable**

Knowledge of the employability industry and/or knowledge of the recruitment industry

Full driving licence

**Additional Information**

**Salary**: Up to £28,000

Contract - Fixed term contract 18 months

Location: Gloucestershire. This role will serve the community across the wider Gloucestershire area so a good geographical understanding is required.

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week - 8:45am-16:45pm Monday-Friday (Full Time)
