We have a wonderful opportunity to join a busy company in East Grinstead, with great scope to develop and learn. The role will be offering office support across the business.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring stock is ordered and delivered
- Processing orders
- Negotiating prices with suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers around stock availability
- Recording all information on CRM systems
- Liaising with warehouse and help desk
- Responding to issues as they arise and resolve
- Completing delivery schedules and chase proof of delivery documents
Your main role would be to work alongside the purchasing manager, experience in purchasing is beneficial but not necessary. Training will be given.
