We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at our Newbridge HQ, Edinburgh.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative solutions for print and digital media to enhance brand recognition, drive customer engagement, and support marketing and sales efforts.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop designed that work and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Understanding UX/UI principles to support the e-commerce team for website assets.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling visual designs.
- Provide creative input and insights for marketing campaigns and product launches including visual concepts for new projects and where relevant when evolving existing marketing collateral.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools.
- Ensure all designs meet quality and accessibility standards.
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer or similar role in a fast paced environment
- Work experience preferable in a retail industry but not essential
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Photoshop)
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a tea
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
