We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. With a substantial investment in excess of £80 million, we are enriching our resort including the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and much more.

The on-target earning potential for this role is £11.47 - £12.03 hourly rate, comprising a base hourly rate of £10.88 - £11.44 supplemented by an estimated £0.59 in gratuities per hour, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.

**SPA**

The Belfry Spa offers a luxurious escape with 20 treatment rooms and state-of-the-art amenities. Guests enjoy a serene ambience in the relaxation room and immaculate care at the mani-pedi station. The spa's renowned 'fire and ice' experience provides rejuvenation through alternating hot and cold therapies. Highly skilled therapists provide personalised treatments, delivering over 4000 treatments monthly. Nestled in stunning surroundings, the spa promises an unforgettable experience with ESPA treatments, leaving guests feeling blissfully restored and renewed.

**About the role**

Set within the busy Spa, as a Spa Receptionist, you will deal with all spa bookings and arriving/departing guests. Your role will include:

- Identifying opportunities to recommend treatments
- Recording accurate details and requirements of bookings
- Answering telephone queries
- Providing guidance and assistance with retail products
