**About the role
**We have an exciting opportunity for a Workspace Co-ordinator to join our team based In Brock Street, London, on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Regional Workspace Manager you will deliver high quality front of house services and support the delivery of effective and efficient Workspace services for Guinness ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will act as the first point of contact to customers, colleagues and building users and demonstrate the Guinness behaviours, presenting a welcoming impression to all visitors, so it is essential for you to be able to build strong working relationshipswith internal and external customers and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure the timely and effective supply of Workspace Management services including deliveries and office supplies.

This role also requires a wider range of skills such as testing of water, fire alarms and other building services to ensure compliance standards and measures are met.

**We’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be an experienced Workspace Co-ordinator, but you’ll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extramile to get the job done. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

- Experience of working in a customer focused environment responding to and resolving queries.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / IT literate
- Confident and personable
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Qualified to a GCSE Level 5 or equivalent in English& Maths.
