The Payout team supports Interbay Asset Finance by ensuring that new deals are accurately & efficiently prepared for payout in line with the credit approval and all regulatory and compliance requirements. Part of the wider Operations Function, we are a small team of 4 people working in a busy fast paced environment with can-do attitudes and who work closely together to provide the best service that we can to our Brokers, Customers and the wider business.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure deals are accurately & efficiently prepared for payout in line with the credit approval and all regulatory and compliance requirements.

In this small and inclusive team, you will have autonomy over your caseload, with support to develop your knowledge and skills to reach your career goals.

Your responsibilities will include
- Checking all documentation has been fully completed and signed as required.
- Ensuring documentation, invoices and all associated paperwork comply with credit approval.
- Completing Funding Checklist with 100% accuracy and sign to confirm, following InterBay Asset Finance procedures.
- Activating new deals in InterBay Asset Finance operating system.
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate records in relation to both equipment suppliers and broker commissions.
- Liaising as appropriate with other Functions within OSB, especially Finance, to ensure equipment supplier payments and broker commissions are paid within agreed service level agreements and in line with Group policies.
- Keeping brokers or customers/suppliers up-dated with payment progress where required, clearly communicating any outstanding requirements that will enable deals to progress.

In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £32,000- £35,500 and a competitive benefits package including:

- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%

- Previous experience of paying out deals, or undertaking similar processes is essential.
- Previous experience of working in asset finance market.
