Telecommunications Project Manager required for my client based in Basingstoke for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract paying approx. £50-60k

This role can be performed on a hybrid working environment.

You will be responsible for the analysis, design and deployment of the telephony environment to establish a customer focused telephone environment designed to ensure a, no lost call, design while working in harmony with the current IT Infrastructure environmentand providing real time analytics.

**Duties/responsibilities**
- Responsible for the project management of voice and data telecommunications project across the UK businesses, by completing full business analysis and turning that into a technical design, followed by deployment.
- Solutions need to be scoped by business streams, ensuing call quality, recording options, call queuing along with detailed reporting / analytics.
- Making recommendations on hardware and software solutions with costs and benefits listed, on-prem vs 'Cloud’ to be included.
- Creating high quality documentation, specifically, business analysis, design options, deployment plans supported by risks logs.
- Plan and embed milestones and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Ensure all end users are affectivity educated in the use of the telephony environment.
- Ensure details costings are known, from one off payments to ongoing fees covering years 1-3.
- Work closely with internal departments to provide project status updates and manage project risks and issues.
- Escalate any issues which impact the delivery of the project.

**Key Skills**
- Unified Communications, VoIP, PSTN, SIP Trunking, PBX Migrations and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, or other similar collaboration tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven record of telephony system design and deployment across 1,000 users or more.
- Contact center design / build / deployment experience
