Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the FOH operation is carried out in an efficient and customer friendly way whilst ensuring safety practices are followed at all times.

As the Passenger Services Supervisor, the role is critical in ensuring the supervision of the daily operation and team performance of our Passenger Services Agents.

The Supervisor is responsible for the leading, motivating and engaging with all Passenger Services Agents to ensure the company and airport procedures are met alongside the expectations of the airline customer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management of the passenger services agents to ensure operational performance to meet both airline and airport requirements
- Oversee the planning and availability of passenger services agents and material resources during the shift(s)
- Be approachable to staff to assist and pass on experience with any issues they may have
- Ensure that there is team discipline between the staff under his / her responsibility and the proper care given to the facilities and tools.
- Manage all lateness of agents and complete all paperwork required
- Ensure the transmission of information and / or requests between the operational staff and the operating management of the Company and the Airport if needed.
- Completion and signature of any form or report associated to the activity.
- Ensures a proper and clean handover to the next on coming shift
- Manage overtime on a daily basis ensuring maximum coverage is in place
- Report all sickness to the relevant departments and look to try and cover by offering extra hours to agents on shift
- Conduct and provide team feedback as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,044.00 per year
