Pure Cremation Ltd is a specialist company providing Direct Cremation funeral plans and services. We have grown rapidly since 2015 and we are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Outbound Sales team to support future growth.

**Salary**: A competitive basic salary of £27,030 with uncapped OTE of £32,000 per annum.

**About the role**

You will be outbound calling warm leads and will be focused on optimising plan sales to people who have proactively enquired about our products and services. Working 37.5 hours, over 5 days per week - Saturdays are worked on rotation so you will not be required to work every weekend.
- You will use your organisational skills to optimise your contact rate and will set hot call-backs to close sales which couldn’t be closed on your first contact with the customer.
- You will be tasked with meeting and exceeding individual targets across personal sales conversion rates and quality assurance metrics.
- You will provide our prospective customers with accurate information on products that is clear, fair, and not misleading and in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly.
- Building relationships and trust with customers effectively.
- Contribute positively to the team and the success of the company.

- You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- You will have a high level of resilience & motivation to succeed along with great attention to detail and the drive to get things right first time.
