**About the Role**

Are you ready to lead from the front and shape the future of dental equipment solutions across the Island of Ireland and beyond?

We are looking for a commercially savvy, people-focused leader to take charge of our Equipment Division. As Head of Dental Equipment, you will steer the strategy, energise the team, and drive the commercial performance of this high-impact area of our business. You’ll blend big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring every project we deliver exceeds expectations.

This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds - collaborative office time and flexibility, with travel across the Island of Ireland as needed.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- **Leadership & Strategy**_
- Define and drive the equipment division’s strategic vision, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Lead a high-performing sales and engineering team, fostering collaboration and a results-driven culture.
- Stay ahead of market shifts, tech developments, and competitor moves to inform smart commercial decisions.
- Own the numbers - budgeting, KPIs, and performance metrics are your playground.
- **Sales & Commercial Growth**_
- Take full responsibility for the equipment category’s success - revenue, margins, and customer growth.
- Be the senior voice in key account discussions and tenders; bring confidence to big-ticket negotiations.
- Work together with Marketing and the MD to create standout campaigns that generate real pipeline action.
- **Project & Operational Excellence**_
- Make sure every project is scoped correctly, priced right, and delivered on point.
- Oversee CAD design coordination and site planning - accuracy, compliance, and clarity are key.
- Ensure top-tier installations with our engineering team, prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes - CRM use, forecasting, and customer onboarding all fall under your remit.
- **Customer & Partner Relationships**_
- Build long-term, meaningful partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the go-to problem solver for major customer accounts or complex installs.
- Champion a customer-first approach from first contact through to aftercare.
- **Team Development & Culture**_
- Recruit, support, and mentor the best talent in the industry.
- Encourage a growth mindset and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Run regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and career development plans for your team.

**What We are Looking For**
- **Skills & Strengths**:_
- Proven leadership and commercial management experience
- Solid grasp of capital equipment sales and project delivery
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic mind with a get-it-done attitude
- Comfortable working across departments and managing priorities
- Tech-savvy - especially with CRMs and sales reporting tools
- Familiarity with CAD planning processes is a plus
- **Experience & Qualifications**:_
- 5+ years in a senior sales or commercial leadership role - ideally in dental, medical, or capital equipment
- HNC in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Experience managing a field sales and/or project team
- Technical/engineering background is a strong advantage
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant higher education (HND/Degree level preferred)

**What’s In It for You**
- Salary: £50,000-£60,000 DOE
