Astrum Search is working with a global FTSE 50 media and advertising business to recruit a new Senior Internal Audit Manager into their growing team in London.The role reports to the Deputy Head of Internal Audit and has a focus on the Europe and Africaregion. The business has recently recruited a new Global Audit & Risk Director, and is in process of transforming the way to team operates. This role is integral to the ongoing development of the department. Key responsibilities: Support the Deputy Directorof Internal Audit in managing the delivering of the audit plan Support, coach and mentor more junior members of the team Review audit files ensuring a high-level of accuracy and quality Contribute to assurance engagements over company-wide risks Develop closeworking relationships with key stakeholders to further enhance the reputation of the function Deliver sensitive and complex audit assignments, when required. Skills & Experience: Significant internal audit experience, ideally gained in a international PLCenvironment A mix of finance and operational audit experience Prior line management experience is advantageous Hold a professional qualification - ACA/ACCA/ CIA or equivalent Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Additional experience in areas suchas data analytics, IT audit or programme assurance is advantageous Ability to travel in the region of 30% of the time across Europe and Africa Media experience is advantageous but not essential. The role offers a high degree of flexibility and you are expectedto be office based a minimum of 2 days per week.
