**Job description**:
The role requires input into ongoing T Level policy, particular working on how we can develop our engagement strategy and support offer for providers, while continuing to drive-up student demand and awareness of the programme. Reviewing how we can better engage and cut through with our key audiences of young people, parents and employers.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, committed to people’s development. Our team is flexible and collaborative, working across multiple sites and with several other policy and delivery teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a Level 4 apprenticeship in Policy.
As this role includes completion of the Policy Officer (Level 4) please check the eligibility requirements below using the apprenticeship standard: Policy officer / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
- You must have lived in the UK for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date and not be undertaking another apprenticeship at the same time.
- You must not already have a substantial amount of the skills and knowledge that is covered in the contents of the apprenticeship standard.
- You must not have already worked in a similar role, or your previous learning, and/or work experience covers the contents (Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours) of the apprenticeship standard.

**Person specification**:
This role will involve:
- Regular communications with T Level providers - including commissioning, drafting and publishing the fortnightly provider newsletter.
- Managing content on the Support with Delivering T Levels website. The postholder will play a key role in ensuring the website is exciting and engaging and up to date by regularly auditing content and drafting new material and articles as necessary.

- Supporting the delivery of T Level provider events. The provider readiness teams regularly deliver events for providers to share best practice and network with each other. The post holder will have a lead role in organising events, managing registrations, drafting content and securing expert presenters to make these events informative, useful and exciting for providers and others.
