Masterclass are working with a generic special needs school based around the Lancing area who are looking for an early years teaching assistant to join their team.

**Note from the class teacher**:
'You will be working in a strong team who are committed to the development of each of our 10 students. Our class follow a semi-formal curriculum designed to meet the needs of the individual child. We enjoy forest schools, swimming, lots of arts and crafts and music to explore our abilities both inside and outside the classroom'
- The role will require personal care._

This role is **Monday to Friday** operating between **8.30am to 15.30pm**. This is a long-term role with strong possibilities of going permanent.

**Must have**
- Ability to adapt to new environments
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- Patience and positive attitude
- Commitment to safeguarding
