An award-winning Luxury housing developer with a portfolio of High-End Residential, Bespoke properties are looking for a determined Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their Buckinghamshire based team.

**The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's role**

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be expected to bring a 'can do' attitude to work every day and have a strong desire for learning and development, with plentiful opportunities for progression. They should demonstrate an understanding of the basics ofQuantity Surveying, from Tendering and procurement to subcontract management and more.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager of the Buckinghamshire team and will be provided direct training, mentoring and will be given the opportunity to pursue MRICS if desired.

**The Graduate Quantity Surveyor**
- A strong desire to learn & progress
- BSc in Quantity Surveying essential
- IT Literate
- Strong communicator
- Full valid UK driving license
- Willing to commute across Buckinghamshire
