The Opportunity

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Explorers Operations team to successfully fill all programme positions in a timely manner.
- Ensure recruitment activity is relevant and advertised accordingly including using social media, our website and job boards.
- To continually evaluate and discuss ideas to review the overseas recruitment process.
- Ensure that all HR administration is completed in a timely manner and is legally compliant including contracts, work permits, visas, payroll, policies, handbooks and manuals.
- Organise and manage staff travel in conjunction with the Operations team.
- Work with the Operations team to ensure all staff have been onboarded and offboarded
- Be responsible for setting up staff on all training platforms and ensuring team members are familiarised with relevant policies on time for their start dates
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with employee administration tasks when required.
- Ensure all staff are compliant with local laws.
- Be the first point of contact for employee relations matters for the Resort management team
- Support resort employees with people related queries
- Support the wider People & Culture team with ad hoc people related activities as required

Duties
The duties that derive from these responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

- Recruiting all the overseas employees accordingly and working with the resort teams to allocate teams to resorts/locations.
- Placing recruitment adverts and report on overseas news accordingly using social media, our website and job boards.
- Sourcing staff throughout the season for peak weeks, replacements or emergency cover.
- Screening, interviewing and processing all applicants through the recruitment process.
- Work closely with payroll providers.
- Ensure all team members receive all the required information including policies, uniform requirements and a detailed up to date record is kept.
- Answer all employee queries regarding pay, policies and recruitment in a professional and timely manner.
- As and when required, assist the operations team on manager training.
- Organise and book all resort staff travel when required ensuring the best route in terms of cost and efficiency.
- As and when required assist the People & Culture Team with any Head Office employee related activities including but not limited to recruitment, administration, organisation of training and events
- During quieter times, assist the People & Culture team with Head Office recruitment.

About you
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Prior experience working in high volume recruitment and within a seasonal capacity would be advantageous but not essential
- You will be keen to build a career within the People & Culture space

Location
