An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Carrs Billington Agriculture Ltd as part of our Fuel Sales Team at Lancaster.

**THE JOB**
To carry out general administration duties and be proactive with telesales for the fuel business, upselling on all calls ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered and sales as optimised.
- To provide an efficient and high standard of customer service to all telesales customers both inbound and outbound maximising sales opportunities and resolving customer complaints during first call.
- To proactively make outbound calls to past, present, and potential customers aiming to convert all calls to sales.
- To support day to day administrative duties including, taking orders, dealing with queries and providing quotations as well as following up to generate sales.
- To analyse data and proactively work towards achieving set targets generating sales for the business.
- To collaborate with drivers regarding fuel deliveries to ensure that our customers receive an optimum service, and we generate repeat and new custom.
- To adhere to Company and Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to those relating to Safety, Health and Environmental.
- To ensure all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice, are adhered to in respect of ongoing compliance, including but not limited to UFAS, FIAS, & NOPS assurance schemes.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED**
- Previous experience of excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience of building great customer relationships and the ability to take calls from prospecting to close.
- A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to understand the products and services on sale.
- Great analytic and interpersonal skills and a passion for selling.
