What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a motivated, driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Sales team as our new Sales Administrator, based at our Head Office in LS12. Previous experience in a admin environment is required, along with a professional phone manner, great organisational skills and a high attention to detail.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Processing 'add-on' orders. Additional packs for customers and accessories.
- Contact 'on hold' orders to organise delivery dates.
- Take final balance payments on orders and set delivery dates.
- Make sure the order system and delivery dates are up-to-date and organised.
- Contacting customers regarding delayed shipments and updating delivery dates.
- Processing refunds for full orders and partial refunds.
- Holding and releasing stock for orders.
- Providing clear and professional communication with the customer throughout their journey.

**Benefits**:
This is a full-time permanent role, with working hours between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. This position has a basic salary of £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience. You can also expect:

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
