Fleet Administrator

Agrii is a leading provider of agronomy services, technology and strategic advice. The Logistics and Supply Chain team includes over 200 employees working across 30 depots covering the whole of the UK.
We are looking for an experienced temp Fleet Administrator for a 6 months contract to support the **Commercial Fleet Compliance Manager**. You will be used to a faced paced environment and understand the importance of your compliance duties. Paying close attention to detail at all times and meeting the necessary deadlines.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administration of Operator Licenses across the 8 traffic areas
- Licence renewal
- Margin Extensions
- Drivers hours & vehicle records via the Vision platform
- Infringements
- Missing km reporting
- Download / upload frequency
- Telematics bookings, fitments etc
- Vehicle maintenance administration
- Inspection sheets
- MOT’s
- Driver defect reporting
- Maintenance schedules
- Fuel Card ordering and allocation
- Administration of vehicle documentation (V5’s etc)
- Vehicles on & off fleet, liaising with DVLA
- Registering new vehicles
- Short term hire bookings, PO creation & invoicing
- Vehicle Road Fund Licence administration
- Dartford Crossing account maintenance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a fleet administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in using computer software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent time management
