**Finance Business Partner -£60k-£65k + Car - Bromsgrove

**The Company**
Our Bromsgrovebased client is a leading property business. They are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support the Commercialand Operations teams for this growing company.
**Duties**:

- Produce information to facilitate strategy and business planning.
- Preparation of the budget and walkthrough of the 3 year plan with the Chief Executive.
- Production the Management Accounts pack for your division
- Planning and financial modelling
- Working easily with large data sets.
- Support any Capex decisions with relevant information and business case

**Person Specification**:

- ACMA/ACCA/ACA
- Likely to have a background of FP&A Analyst/Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager
- Experience in supporting non finance teams with data and analysis
- Management Accounts preparation
- Track record of being able to deliver MI to various stakeholder groups.
