Prestige Nursing & Care York are seeking dedicated and passionate **Care Assistants** to join our local friendly branch. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to your clients in their own homes on a one to one basis. Thiswill enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client

**Drivers are required due to the nature of the role, however, walkers and cyclists are considered**

**Your role will include**:

- Prompting medication
- Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
- Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
