**Location: EAST LONDON / REMOTE**

**Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 GBP**

**WHO’S THIS WITH?**

This is a Social First Creative agency based in East London. Their agile and rapidly growing team of creatives, strategists, designers, editors and account managers work together to create impactful social channels and campaigns for our list of global brands, covering FMCG, beauty & fashion.

**WHAT’S THE ROLE?**

As Strategy Lead, you'll have the opportunity to add value from day one. They are looking for someone who has a passion for social and who can support and develop the growth of the agency. They have a hybrid approach to working, focusing more on output and productivity than needing to be in a specific location all the time.

**WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?**
- Strategically lead the agency across; retained organic accounts, social-first campaigns and social transformation briefs
- Collaboration with creative team on ad campaigns and community team on organic social
- Experience of managing (Junior Social Strategist & Paid Media Manager)
- Consistent review and refinement of ongoing social strategies
- Supporting new business pitches
- Building our profile as a thought leader in the industry

**WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?**
- Demonstrable experience within an agency environment is preferred
- A deep understanding of social media & internet culture
- Experience of media planning & boosting within social media
- Keen attention to detail and an excellent motivator
- Solid comprehension of marketing fundamentals
- Ability to utilise resource to maximise efficiencies and drive excellence
- Natural curiosity and ability to decipher the real task at hand
- Excellent understanding of all major social and digital platforms
- Detailed knowledge of influencer/creator marketing
