We are seeking exceptional studio photographers to achieve our goal of becoming the UK’s leading photography brand, synonymous with excellence in creative portraiture.

With 20+ studios planned to open in 2025, each studio manager will be responsible for giving clients an unforgettable photography experience, as well as the day-to-day running of the studio.

Studio photographers can expect a wide range of appointments, post-order processing and marketing to be carried out by our head office support team. This allows the right person to focus on capturing high-quality portraiture, handling sales transactions, and achieving monthly targets, and KPIs.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, along with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, a creative mindset and the drive to succeed.
- Proven experience in photography, with a portfolio showcasing your work
- Minimum of 1 years experience of working/selling in a photography studio
- Confidence and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of studio operations and working with the public
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
- A clean UK driving licence
- Creating a high-quality, memorable experience for studio clients
- Successfully undertaking studio photography sessions for families, babies and pets in line with our best practice, delivering industry-leading portraiture.
- Always promoting the Barrett & Coe brand positively.

This role requires a commitment to working weekends (Saturday and some Sundays) and potentially some weekday evenings which may be required.

**Salary**:From £25,000 (dependent on experience)

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
