Job purpose

Support the Group Executive Director, Human Resources in the development and implementation of the HR strategy, liaising with HR senior leadership team colleagues to maximise coordination and synergy of activities.

Lead the development and implementation of group-wide employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, incorporating the employee value proposition, talent management, and remuneration strategy.

Coordinate monthly and quarterly functional KPIs on behalf of the Group Executive Director, Human Resources to optimise Executive team and Board reporting.

Provide a generalist HR service to the Support functions, including resourcing, liaising with senior Learning & Development and Human Resources colleagues as necessary.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

Lead the development of a distinctive and competitive employee value proposition, informed by, inter alia, outputs from periodic employee engagement surveys.
Lead the development and implementation of impactful employee health & wellbeing initiatives.
Support the Group Executive Director, Human Resources in the development, implementation, and management of performance-based remuneration policy and procedure.
Establish and ensure the effectiveness of a group talent management policy and practice to identify potential and, in collaboration with senior Learning & Development colleagues, provide requisite interventions including a structured succession planning process.
Coordinate HR information management systems and reporting via iTrent and other related sources.
Provide a high-quality Resourcing service to the Support functions.
Develop, implement, and monitor the impact of group Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion initiatives.
Periodically review and update as appropriate, group Human Resources policies.
Support the Group Executive Director, Human Resources with the development of the annual HR business plan.

Monitor and review HR KPIs and support the provision of monthly and quarterly HR reports to the Board.
