As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring company policies, procedures and operating instructions are followed.
- Complying with all safety instructions, promoting individual and team safety.
- Promoting and maintaining Quality standards.
- Participating in Risk Assessments.
- Supporting the SOI audit process to ensure they remain compliant with best practice.
- Identifying and reporting all Safety concerns, Quality issues and manufacturing problems before progressing any work.
- Reporting directly to the Lead Operator assisting in the set up and operation of equipment and machines.
- Performing all required tasks in accordance with standard operation instructions, risk assessments and company safety policies.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Setting up, monitoring and operating various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements -rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, magline, plastic extruder, PCP injection. May included operation of multiple machines at one time.
- Repairing, patching or splicing cable.
- Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
- Have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, manufacturing work orders, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to use measuring equipment (rules, Vernier's, tapes)
- Ability to think ahead and plan for tasks
- Ability to problem solve
