**What you’ll do**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Operate the Aloha and Micros Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for order processing.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including kitchen areas.
- Support team members by bussing tables and ensuring a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to guarantee the safety of all food served.

**Basic qualifications**
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Culinary experience or background in the food industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
