**Head of Hotel Operations -**Large Spa Hotel
An incredible opportunity to join a large progressive UK based spa, lead an award-winning team and inspire the next generation of hospitality hotshots
Responsible for managing and maintaining the high standards of the day-to-day operations and development of the hotel and spa areas you will ensure that the business operates with well formulated objectives and contribute to the hotel and spa's profitability.This will include increasing revenue, meeting budgeted targets, providing the highest level of guest service through implementing SOP manuals, ensuring quality and excellence of products and services, whilst leading and motivating your direct team.
The position will require experience and knowledge of large food & beverage and Spa Operations, strong leadership skills and an eye for detail.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Operations: co-ordination of day-to-day planning, management and control to include payroll and rota, implementation of standards, leadership support, ensuring a high delivery of services to our guests.
- Finance: creating, analysing and increasing overall sales levels and profitability through setting budgets, compliance, controlling and reporting
- Staffing: to ensure compliance with all company procedures and codes of practice, motivating and leading, recruitment, reviewing performance of staff.
- Training & Development: Checking training is up-to-date, identify training and development needs monitoring the effectiveness of training programmes.
- Health & Safety - maintaining the high standards of quality control, awareness of Fire and H&S regulations and compliance with all H&S, Food Safety and other statutory instruments and codes of practice.

**Requirements**:
- Experience and knowledge of large food & beverage and Spa Operations.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Strong Leadership Skills
