**Job Advert Description**
Applications are invited for a permanent part time (15hrs) Operational Business Support Team Leader located in the Operational Support Unit, based at Swansea Police Station.
Operational Support Unit delivers a wide range of functions including support relating to Human Resources, Finance/Budgets, Health and Safety, Compliance, Property Management, and Secretarial.
In a multi-functional environment, the role of Team Leader will involve:
Direct tasking, co-ordination and supervision of administrative resources to support a wide arena of BCU customers
Mentoring, training and development of administrative resources
Project support as directed by the Operational Business Support Manager
We are looking for enthusiastic applicants, with previous experience of:
Successfully leading a team
Planning/ allocation of resources to reflect demand
Managing sound administrative processes to achieve positive results
This role is suitable for part time/job share workers.
