Part-time Administrative Assistant

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide administrative support including data entry, clerical tasks, and general office management.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the organisation.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £22,093.00-£23,444.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
