What you will do As a Bartender with Ego, your role will be to prepare the bar for busy shifts, provide friendly service and work to a fast pace to make sure all guests are served in a timely manner and to the highest standards. Our bars are busy, bustling, vibrant and at times extremely fast paced. We are famous for our cocktails - they are what makes us stand our from many other restaurant and pub groups. Therefore you must be confident making cocktails as well as having exemplary knowledge of spirits, wines, beers and soft drinks. The customer is your number one priority at all times. The bar area should look enticing, be spotless, fully stocked and run on a clean as you go philosophy. You will need to clean the whole bar area at the end of service ensuring it’s ready for the next day. Morning shifts will require the bar to be fully stocked up with juices, purees, fruits and ice. We will also require line cleaning to be done on a weekly basis and pro-active cellar management to ensure cask beers are correctly tapped and ready for use when required. Pay: £11.42 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
