A new role within the RAC for a **Videographer/ Motion Designer** to film and edit/post-production editing. Filming video productions using associated production equipment and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro/editing film andraw footage.

You must be able to operate video cameras/ DSLRs and related equipment to produce and edit showreels, internal comms videos, social media and PR, or other video productions at pace. We’re looking to you to guide us and drive video content within the RAC.

**Summary**

As one of the most exciting UK brands, we’re looking for a Videographer/ Motion Designer to join our creative team in our **Bristol** studio. This is a **hybrid** role, but some travel will be required, so a driving licence is essential, as well as flexibility.

You’ll contribute to the video output of social media projects / how-to videos etc., to be used on our websites and all social media platforms. As well as brand showreels and internal comms videos.

We work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment based on an agency model so it’s ideal for an individual who thrives under pressure and is a self-starter. You will need to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail whilehelping build and follow processes. We are looking for someone who consistently goes the extra mile to achieve a high standard across all video content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Film and edit videos / own video content
- Checking quality on each video filmed, ensuring the product is shown in the most appealing and optimum way with the product in clear view.
- Editing videos using Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as Audition when required
- Own the creation of compelling high-energy videos for social media and our own website
- Combine text, audio, animation, stills, and video to create impactful quality content
- Development of templates, mock-ups, and content within existing brand guidelines
- Develop and drive the RAC video guidelines
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplined creative team

**Skills required**:

- Great initiative, problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects throughout a fast-paced, deadline-driven week
- Experience in financial services is advantageous
- Skilled in Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
- Experience with, Filming / Editing / Motion Graphics
- Knowledge of cameras, audio, lighting, and video capture hardware, and their usage
- Experience with colour grading, basic animation and audio mixing
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-moving environment

**Experience**:

- 3/4 years’ experience in videoing and editing minimum.
