**Behaviour Mentor**
Qualiteach is working with a SEMH School who is looking to take on an additional Behaviour Mentor on a full-time basis. This role will be a good stepping stone for someone who has long term goals of becoming a Social Worker, Psychologist or Counsellor as youwill get an insight to what affects the students emotions and behaviour. You will be mainly based in a classroom working with 6-8 students with some form of Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. You will be assisting them during their lessons and managingtheir behaviour when needed. You may also be asking to work with certain students on a 1:1 basis, if you do notice any behaviour or if any of the students disclose anything to you, you need to make sure this is discussed with a senior member or staff or thesafeguarding team. The ideal Behaviour Mentor for this role, must have had some previous experience, be able to build a strong relationship with the students and other staff members and not be phased by challenging behaviour.
**SEMH School**
This SEMH School is located in the London borough of Wandsworth and caters for students aged between 5-18 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. They currently have 200 students who attend and in their last Ofsted in May 2018, they were reviewedas 'Good' in all areas.
