Warehouse Worker

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Engage in picking and packing orders accurately for shipment.
- Utilise the warehouse management system for tracking inventory levels and stock movements.
- Maintain an organised and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in materials handling tasks, including sorting, storing, and retrieving products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous; relevant training will be provided.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures is beneficial.
- Experience with shipping and receiving operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or similar software is desirable.
- A basic understanding of mechanical systems related to warehouse operations would be advantageous.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
