Office and Project Coordinator

**Hours of Work**: 20 hours per week worked over at least 4 days.
Additional hours may be available at peak times by agreement.
**Rate of Pay**:
**£25,350 pro-rata. (Actual salary payable will be £13,520)**
28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) on a pro-rata basis.
**Core Hours**:To be agreed, there is some flexibility, but the business priorities will need to be met.
**Reporting to**:Bath BID Business Manager
**Location**:Office based: 11A York Street or prevailing Bath BID Company Office HQ
**Job Purpose**:To ensure that all services provided by the Bath BID company run smoothly, to support the team and the wide range of projects and to facilitate the delivery of the five year business plan.
**Responsible for**:
1. The management of office operations, including IT, leases, general contracts, telephones, petty cash, supplies etc to ensure a cost effective and efficient working environment.
3. Management of board and business meetings including: communications and preparation of paperwork and agendas, taking notes and room bookings
5. Diary management for CEO and Business Manager
6. Project and event coordination:
a. ReBalance Bath Wellbeing Festival
b. Bath BID AGM and Spring Meeting
c. Christmas in Bath
d. Summer Sundays
e. Bath Gift Card
f. Citylink Radios
7. Website updating bathbid.co.uk and welcometobath.co.uk
8. Being part of the BID team
- Attend team meetings, monthly supervision and data collection as required.
- Contribute to effective team working with a flexible and pro-active approach.
- Work within organisational policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensure security of data, especially sensitive personal data, in line with the information security policy
- Maintain an awareness and observation of Fire, Health & Safety regulations.
- Carry out any other duties that are within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the role, as required.
**Performance Measures**:Your performance will be measured against targets jointly agreed at the beginning of each year and reviewed half yearly aligned to the company business plan.
