As a specialist in the private healthcare sector, Synergy Medical are looking for Support Workers / Mental Health Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to work regular shifts within private sector mental health clients at the below locations, and surrounding areas.
Regular weekly work available to suit your lifestyle. You provide your availability and receive shifts based on what you have requested, giving you the flexibility to suit your needs.
Experience working with service users who have mental health needs such as autism, challenging behaviours, supported living and/or learning disabilities is essential.
**Rates of pay / per hour (umbrella*)**:
- Weekdays - £13.50
- Weeknights - £14.50
- Saturdays - £15.50
- Sundays - £16.50
- Bank Holidays - £17.00
*PAYE rates are also available upon request
**Shifts Available**
- Long Days
- Nights
- Early
- Lates
**Job Requirements**
All successful applicants must have:
- Right to Work in the UK
- A minimum of **6-months UK relevant experience**
**Registration process**
A smooth registration process is required, which will include the completing of registration forms and certain documents from yourself, such as your right to work documentation, proof of National Insurance, DBS and mandatory training certificates. If youdo not currently have a DBS or training, we can support you with those items.
